Henley Royal Regatta

Wednesday 4th July – Sunday 8th July 2018

We are fortunate to possess one of the largest riverside locations within a 4 acre garden in the grounds of a Tudor Mansion adjacent to Henley Bridge and Regatta H.Q. for the prestigious Henley Royal Regatta. Uniquely, we are allowed to have our riverboats moored outside our extensive Marquee facility, easily accessible for up to 210 guests per day to use for cruises up and down the course. Being the only local boat company with a similar facility and one that owns all the best boats for miles has its advantages. You will find our package is considerably lower in price than our nearby corporate hospitality rivals; with essentially a better content, and, of course, we have the best boats. We take bookings from two upwards for our small parties days and for exclusivity your own personal boat may be made available. Always very popular - our dedicated Henley website below will provide more details. Book early for 2018!

Upon arriving at the exclusive 'Bird Place Enclosure' you will be shown to your marquee and invited to enjoy freshly brewed tea or coffee, pastries, muffins and fresh fruit, whilst out jazz band plays on the lawn.

11.00am - 1.00pm

Pimms, Bucks Fizz and Champagne are served before you board the boats: Pink Champagne & Southern Comfort for a ninety minute cruise along the course, with complimentary on board bar.
1.00pmAs you arrive back on dryland, your four course lunch is served in your marquee, accompanied by fine wines, mineral waters and liqueurs.
3.00pmOur afternoon cruise will take you back up the course and after passing the finish line, you will be able to take in the views of Henley Town Centre, before the vessel navigates Rod Eyot Island. We will then cruise the entire length of the Course allowing guests to take in views of the Stewards Enclosure and Temple Island before returning to Bird Place. There will be a complimentary bar* of Pimms, wines, beers and soft drinks available throughout the cruise. (Please note that our bars are exclusively aboard the boats during this period. There will not be a facility at Bird Place until we arrive back.)
4.30pmUpon our return to Bird Place, a classic Full English Afternoon Tea will be available, which can either be enjoyed within your marquee or on the Lawns.

Guests depart the Maidenhead Steam Navigation facility. (All times are approximate)
