La Grille Cool - Fermented Chenin Blanc - France

Five Foot Track Chardonnay 2011 - Australia

Codorníu Rosada NV, Spain
Codorníu are one of the oldest wine producers in Spain and also one of the pioneers of Cava, making their first bottle of sparkling in 1872, and soon afterward deciding to concentrate solely on Cava. Monastrell is the red grape which adds colour.

Laurent Perrier - France
A lighter house style. Subtle citrus, toast and spice predominate this perfectly balanced Champagne, with a strong structure giving the wine good food compatibility.
Veuve Clicquot Brut NV - France
Veuve Clicquot ages their non-vintage for almost twice the required time, resulting in a superb marriage of freshness and power, with rich fruit and a mouth-filling mousse.
Laurent Perrier Rosé- France
Unusually made by the saignée method, with plenty of stylish strawberry fruit, full of vivacity and easy-drinking charm. A wonderfully refreshing apéritif, it also works well with a variety of dishes.

Vistamar Late Harvest Moscatel, Limarí Valley -Chile
This dessert wine comes from Limarí in northern Chile, where the long ripening season produces wines with great fruit concentration. After harvesting, the grapes are partially sun-dried, reducing their water content and thus concentrating the sugars.
Clos L'Abeilley Sauternes, Half Bottle - Sauternes - France
Wild honey aromas, luscious apricot fruit, with a racy acidity that superbly balances the sweetness on the excellent finish.
